Our Studio rooms with sea view are located on the 4th floor and feature a space with 1 double bed and the possibility to add 2 additional folding beds upon request. A fully equipped kitchenette with two stovetops and a complete set of dishes and cutlery is provided within the room.

On the sides of the beds, you will find bedside tables with lighting, ideal for evening reading, while the power outlets near the bed allow you to charge and use your mobile devices.

The room is equipped with a medium-sized refrigerator and a 32" flat-screen TV, as well as a spacious wardrobe for storing your clothes and luggage. Air conditioning will provide coolness during the hot summer months.

The modern bathroom is located right across the room and includes a bathtub with a protective curtain and a shower head. In the bathroom area, you will find small individual packages of soap, shower gel, and shampoo on the sink cabinet along with a mirror, as well as a hairdryer.

The spacious balcony offers outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing with your coffee and enjoying the exceptional sea view.

The room is cleaned daily, and the bed linens are changed every 3 days. However, you can request an earlier change if desired.

Check-in for new guests is scheduled at 3:00 PM, while check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Considering the difficulty of finding parking space in Tolo, we provide all our guests with free private parking in close proximity to the hotel (150m).
